As part of the investments related to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), and in view of RFI's ambitious Investment Plan, as the FS Group’s first Construction Company, we are in charge of implementing new and modernisation works for RFI.
With reference to specific investment sectors, Infrarail is RFI’s Construction Company, and it deals with complex railway infrastructure works. With our extended scope of action, we can achieve economies of scale and an improved management efficiency.
The "Construction" services include implementation, construction, installation, supply, laying, operation, maintenance, renovation and repair interventions on all projects, systems and works set out in the regulations applicable to Public Tenders, as well as those related to RFI's qualification systems.
Specifically, we deal with the following: • construction of new works included in RFI's multi-year investment programmes • Implementation of modernisation works according to public provisions, or, in general, to applicable regulations from time to time, and/or extraordinary maintenance/renewal works on existing systems included in RFI's multi-year investment programmes • management of direction and/or maintenance works on buildings owned by RFI • deployment and management of green building, energy saving and climate mitigation • level crossing suppression interventions • construction of noise barriers • water management interventions.
